ಮೇ 2, 2026 ರಂದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಗಂಭೀರ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಗಮನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ತಕ್ಷಣದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿತ್ತು.

Snehalaya Admits Man Found in Distress at Manjeshwar Street
Manjeshwar, May 5, 2026: A man identified as Mr. Akbaran Saab, a native of Bihar, was admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre after being found in a distressed condition on Manjeshwar Street.
According to sources, the situation came to light when Mr. Badhruddhin, an auto driver from Manjeshwar, alerted Snehalaya Founder Br. Joseph Crasta about the man’s condition. Acting promptly on the information, the Snehalaya team reached the location and safely shifted him to the centre.
He was admitted on May 2, 2026, for further treatment and care. At the time of admission, the patient was observed to have psychiatric concerns, requiring immediate medical attention, supervision, and holistic rehabilitation support.
The Snehalaya team has initiated necessary medical treatment, counselling, and psychosocial rehabilitation measures to ensure his recovery and well-being. Continuous monitoring and care are being provided as part of the intervention.
