ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 4, 2026: ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ರೈಲು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಬಳಿ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಳದ ಜಲ್ಪೈಗುರಿ ಮೂಲದ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿಕ್ರಮ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತಂದು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿಕ್ರಮ್ ಅವರು ರೈಲು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಬಳಿ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪಡೆಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಾಜು ಅವರು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಬ್ರದರ್ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾ ರವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದ ಬಳಿಕ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಕರೆತಂದು ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 2ರಂದು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿತು. ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿಕ್ರಮ್ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದು, ನಿದ್ರೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದು, ಆಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರಿ ವರ್ತನೆ, ತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ತಾವೇ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಿಂದಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ.

Snehalaya Rescues Man Near Mangaluru Railway Station

Manjeshwar, September 4, 2026: In a compassionate humanitarian effort, the Snehalaya team rescued Mr. Bikram, a native of Jalpaiguri, West Bengal, who was found in a distressed and vulnerable condition near Mangalore Central Railway Station, and admitted him to Snehalaya for necessary care and treatment.

Mr. Bikram was noticed in an unwell condition near the railway station by Mr. Saju, a member of the Railway Protection Force (RPF), who immediately informed Br. Joseph Crasta, Founder of Snehalaya Charitable Trust.

Upon receiving the information, the Snehalaya team reached the location, safely brought Mr. Bikram to Snehalaya, and admitted him on September 2, 2026.

At the time of admission, Mr. Bikram was observed to exhibit symptoms including excessive talking, reduced sleep, aggressive behavior, self-talking, and increased activity.

He is currently receiving the necessary medical treatment, care, and psychosocial support at Snehalaya. The Snehalaya team is also making efforts to trace his family members and facilitate his safe reunification with his family.

The Snehalaya team expressed its sincere gratitude to Mr. Saju of the Railway Protection Force for promptly informing the organisation and extending his support in helping the distressed individual.

Snehalaya Charitable Trust continues its humanitarian mission of rescuing vulnerable and destitute individuals, providing them with medical treatment, care, rehabilitation, and support, and making every effort to reunite them with their families.
