ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ, ಜುಲೈ 21, 2026: ಆಂಧ್ರಪ್ರದೇಶದ ತಿರುಪತಿಯ ಸೆಟ್ಟಿಪಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ನಿವಾಸಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾನಿ ಅವರು ಕಾಸರಗೋಡು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಸೀತಂಗೋಳಿ ಆಟೋ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಸಮೀಪ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಹಾಗೂ ದಿಕ್ಕುತೋಚದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬಂದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ-ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಜುಲೈ 19, 2026ರಂದು ದಾಖಲಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾನಿ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ತಪಾಸಣೆಯ ವೇಳೆ ಅವರು ದಿಕ್ಕುತೋಚದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಸೌಮ್ಯ ಖಿನ್ನತೆ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕವಾಗಿ ದೂರ ಉಳಿಯುವ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿ, ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಕೊರತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರಂತರ ಆರೈಕೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವೈದ್ಯರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Mentally Distressed Man Found Near Seethangoli Auto Stand Admitted to Snehalaya
Manjeshwar, July 21, 2026: Mr. Nani, a native of Settipalli village, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, has been admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre after being found in a mentally distressed and disoriented condition near the Seethangoli Auto Stand in Kasaragod district.
According to available information, Mr. Nani was noticed wandering helplessly near the Seethangoli Auto Stand by local auto driver Mr. Satheesh Rai, who promptly informed Snehalaya Founder Br. Joseph Crasta about the situation. Acting immediately on the information, the Snehalaya rescue team reached the location, safely rescued Mr. Nani, and admitted him to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre in Manjeshwar for care and protection.
Mr. Nani was admitted on July 19, 2026. During the initial clinical assessment, he was found to be disoriented and exhibiting symptoms of mild depression, social withdrawal, poor personal hygiene, and other indicators of mental health concerns. Medical professionals have recommended immediate psychiatric evaluation, medical treatment, and continuous rehabilitative care.
He is currently receiving comprehensive treatment, counselling, and rehabilitation under the supervision of Snehalaya’s multidisciplinary team of doctors, mental health professionals, and caregiving staff. Every effort is being made to support his recovery and help him regain stability and dignity.
