ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ, ಜುಲೈ 20, 2026: ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರಾಯಪುರ ಮೂಲದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪುರೆಂದರ್ ಧೀರ್ಹೆ ಅವರು ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಆಟೋ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಸಮೀಪ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬಂದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ-ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಜುಲೈ 19, 2026 ರಂದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನದ ವೇಳೆ ಅವರು ಆಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರಿ ವರ್ತನೆ, ತನ್ನೊಳಗೆ ತಾನೇ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕವಾಗಿ ದೂರ ಉಳಿಯುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಕೊರತೆ ಮುಂತಾದ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿತು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಿರಂತರ ಮನೋವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ, ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ, ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಆರೈಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ.

Mentally Distressed Man Found Near Manjeshwar Auto Stand Admitted to Snehalaya

Manjeshwar, July 20, 2026: Mr. Purendhar Dhirhe, a native of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, was admitted to Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre after being found in a mentally distressed condition near the auto stand in Manjeshwar.

According to available information, Mr. Purendhar Dhirhe was found wandering near the Manjeshwar auto stand while displaying disturbed and abnormal behaviour. The matter was brought to the attention of Snehalaya by Mr. Badhruddhin, an auto driver from Manjeshwar.

Upon receiving the information, the Snehalaya team, under the guidance of Founder Br. Joseph Crasta, immediately reached the location, safely rescued Mr. Purendhar Dhirhe, and brought him to Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre for care and protection.

He was officially admitted on July 19, 2026. During the initial medical and mental health assessment, he was found to be exhibiting symptoms including aggressive behaviour, self-muttering, social withdrawal, and poor personal hygiene. He requires continuous psychiatric treatment, counselling, close supervision, personal care, and comprehensive psychosocial rehabilitation.

Under the leadership of Br. Joseph Crasta, the team of doctors and staff at Snehalaya has initiated the necessary treatment and rehabilitation process and is providing him with round-the-clock care and monitoring.
