ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ, ಜುಲೈ 2, 2026: ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಪೊಸೋಟ್ ಬೀದಿಬದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾದ ವಿಕ್ಕಿ ಎಂಬ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಜುಲೈ 2, 2026ರಂದು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ-ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ವಿಕ್ಕಿ ಅವರು ಪೊಸೋಟ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಅವರು ಆರೈಕೆ, ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದರು. ಈ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ಇಬ್ರಾಹಿಂ ಥೋಕೆ ಅವರು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಬ್ರದರ್ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾರವರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದರು.

ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ವಿಕ್ಕಿ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುವ ವರ್ತನೆ, ಟಿಡಿಎಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಯಂ ನಗು ಮುಂತಾದ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಕಂಡುಬಂದವು. ಅವರ ಮೂಲ ಊರು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ವಿವರಗಳು ಸದ್ಯ ಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.

Snehalaya Admits Mentally Distressed Man Found at Posot Street, Manjeshwar
Manjeshwar, July 2, 2026: Mr. Vikki, a mentally distressed man found in a helpless condition on Posot Street, Manjeshwar, was admitted to Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre on July 2, 2026.
According to sources, Vikki was found wandering in the Posot area and appeared to be in need of care, protection, and mental health treatment. The matter was brought to the attention of Snehalaya Founder Br. Joseph Crasta by Mr. Ibrahim Thoke.
Upon receiving the information, the Snehalaya team immediately reached the location, safely rescued Vikki, and brought him to Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre for treatment and rehabilitation.
During the initial assessment, Vikki was found to be showing symptoms such as wandering behaviour, TDS, and self-smile. His native place and other personal details are currently not available.
Under the guidance of Br. Joseph Crasta, Vikki will be provided with necessary medical treatment, counselling, supervision, and rehabilitation support.
