ಹೊಸಂಗಡಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ಮೂಲದ ಮಿಟ್ಟು ರಕ್ಷಣೆ; ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲು

ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ, ಜೂನ್ 15, 2026: ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ಮೂಲದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಿಟ್ಟು ಅವರು ಕಾಸರಗೋಡು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಹೊಸಂಗಡಿಯ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರು. ಅವರನ್ನು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿಗಾಗಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮನೋ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪಾವೂರಿನ ಶ್ರೀ ಇಸ್ಮಾಯಿಲ್ ಅವರು ಮಿಟ್ಟು ಅವರ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಮಾಹಿತಿ ದೊರೆತ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ರವೃತ್ತರಾದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಹೊಸಂಗಡಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ರಸ್ತೆಯಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಜೂನ್ 13, 2026ರಂದು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿತು.

ದಾಖಲಾತಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಟ್ಟು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಕೊರತೆ, ಅಲೆದಾಡುವ ವರ್ತನೆ, ಇಲ್ಲದ ಧ್ವನಿಗಳು ಕೇಳಿಸುವ ಅನುಭವ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೌಮ್ಯ ಖಿನ್ನತೆಯ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಕಂಡುಬಂದವು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೈಕೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಅರಿತ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಯಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತಂದಿತು.

Assam Native Mittu Rescued from Hosangady Street, Admitted to Snehalaya

Manjeshwar, June 15, 2026: Mr. Mittu, a native of Assam, was rescued while wandering in a distressed and vulnerable condition on a street in Hosangady, Kasaragod district. He was safely admitted to Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre for treatment, care and rehabilitation.

Mr. Ismail of Pavoor noticed Mittu’s condition and immediately informed the Snehalaya team. Responding promptly, the team reached Hosangady, rescued him from the street and admitted him to Snehalaya on June 13, 2026.

At the time of admission, Mittu showed poor personal hygiene, wandering behaviour, auditory hallucinations and signs of mild depression. Understanding his need for immediate professional support and protection, the Snehalaya team brought him to the centre with care and compassion.

Under the guidance of Snehalaya Founder Br. Joseph Crasta, Mittu is now receiving medical treatment, counselling, personal care and comprehensive rehabilitation services.

Snehalaya expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ismail Pavoor for his timely information and compassionate concern, which helped ensure Mittu’s safe rescue and admission.
