ಒಡಿಶಾ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕಟಕ್ ಮೂಲದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಚಾಡು ಶಾವ್ ಎಂಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೀತಂಗೋಳಿ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬಂದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ-ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮೂಲಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಆಟೋ ಚಾಲಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಅವರು ಈ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ  ಬ್ರ. ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತ ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಮಾಹಿತಿ ದೊರಕಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ತಂಡ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತಂದು ತುರ್ತು ಆರೈಕೆ, ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಹಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಿತು.

ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮಚಾಡು ಶಾವ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮೇ 14, 2026 ರಂದು ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ವೇಳೆ ಅವರು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಕೊರತೆ, ಸಮಾಜದಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರುವ ಸ್ವಭಾವ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಸ್ತವ್ಯಸ್ತ ವರ್ತನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿರಂತರ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಆರೈಕೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಅವರ ಚೇತರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಷೇಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ತಂಡ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವೀಯ ಆರೈಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

Snehalaya Admits Mentally Distressed Man Found at Seethangoli Bus Stop

Manjeshwar, May 15, 2026: A man identified as Mr. Ramachadu Shaow, a native of Cuttack, Odisha, was admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre after being found in a mentally distressed condition at Seethangoli Bus Stop.

According to sources, the matter came to light when Mr. Jayaprakash, an auto driver, informed Snehalaya Founder Br. Joseph Crasta about the man’s condition. Acting promptly on the information received, the Snehalaya team reached the location and safely shifted him to the rehabilitation centre for immediate care, protection, and support.

Mr. Ramachadu Shaow was admitted on May 14, 2026. During the preliminary assessment, he was found to be suffering from poor personal hygiene, social withdrawal, and disorganized behaviour, indicating the need for psychiatric attention, supervision, and psychosocial rehabilitation care.

The Snehalaya team has initiated essential treatment, counselling, and rehabilitation measures to support his recovery and well-being. Continuous monitoring and compassionate care are being provided at the centre as part of the ongoing intervention.
