ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಲು ನಿರಂತರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿತು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಂತೆ, ಶ್ರೀ ಬಾಬುಲಾಲ್ ಅವರು ಬಿ.ಇ. ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಮುಂಬೈನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ 2023ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಕಾಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಭುಸಾವಲ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಸ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿತ್ತು. ತಮ್ಮ ಮಗ ಸತ್ತಿರಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿ ಕುಟುಂಬವು ದುಃಖದಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು.

Family Reunion Brings Hope: Snehalaya Reunites Mr. Babulal Chawhan with His Family After Years of Separation

Manjeshwar, April 20, 2026: In a deeply emotional and heart-touching moment, the team of Snehalaya Charitable Trust, under the compassionate leadership of Br. Joseph Crasta, successfully reunited Mr. Babulal Chawhan with his family after years of uncertainty and painful separation bringing immense relief, tears of joy, and renewed hope to his loved ones.

Mr. Babulal Chawhan, a native of Bhuranpur, Madhya Pradesh, was found wandering in a vulnerable and distressed condition at Sirathkal Street. His situation came to attention through timely information provided by Mr. Kiran Karkala. Responding swiftly with compassion and care, the Snehalaya team safely brought him under protection, where he was admitted on November 13, 2025.
At the time of admission, Mr. Babulal was experiencing significant psychological distress, including aggressive behavior, self-muttering, delusional thoughts, depressive mood, and long-term tobacco dependency indicating the urgent need for structured care and rehabilitation. He was received with dignity at the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre, where he was provided continuous care, protection, and emotional support in a safe and nurturing environment.

With unwavering dedication to restoring lives and reconnecting families, the Snehalaya team worked persistently to trace his roots. Their efforts revealed a heartbreaking story Mr. Babulal, a B.E. Engineering graduate who had been working in Mumbai, had gone missing in 2023. His family, believing they had lost him forever, had even filed a missing complaint at Bhusawal Police Station in Maharashtra.

After months of committed efforts, the team’s mission bore fruit on February 12, 2026, when Mr. Babulal was finally reunited with his parents and siblings. The reunion was overwhelmingly emotional—his family, who had once feared the worst, broke down in tears of joy upon seeing him alive and safe. What was once a story of despair transformed into a powerful moment of healing, love, and hope.

The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Snehalaya for their relentless efforts, compassion, and dedication in bringing their beloved son back home safely.
