Manjeshwar, Aug 16, 2025: Overcoming numerous challenges, Snehalaya Charitable Trust has once again lit the lamp of humanity by reuniting Krishna Murthy with his mother and brother after two long years.

Mr.Krishna Murthy, a 40-year-old from Nimbehalli village in Hassan, had been battling mental illness for the past three years. On December 15, 2024, he was found wandering helplessly on Bejai Street in Mangalore, dressed in torn clothes. With the assistance of Mr. Godfrey Martis, the compassionate team of Snehalaya rescued him and provided care.

Two years ago, Mr. Krishna Murthy had gone missing, leaving his family devastated. Despite lodging a missing complaint, their search had ended in vain. Once married, his wife had abandoned him due to his illness, and his deteriorating mental condition had led him astray from the path of normal life.

Thanks to the tireless efforts and selfless service of Snehalaya’s dedicated team in Manjeshwar, Mr. Krishna Murthy was finally reunited with his mother and brother on July 21, 2025, in an emotional embrace. Overwhelmed with joy, his family expressed heartfelt gratitude to Snehalaya and Shraddha Foundation, Mumbai, which played a vital role in making the reunion possible. Villagers and neighbors of Nimbehalli warmly welcomed Mr. Krishna Murthy back into their community.

This reunion stands as a living testimony to Snehalaya’s mission to rescue the helpless, restore lost dignity, and rebuild the bonds of love and family.

ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷದ ನಂತರ ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಂದಾದ ಕ್ಷಣ

ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 16, 2025: ಅನೇಕ ಅಡೆತಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ, ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಚಾರಿಟೇಬಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಯ ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸಿದೆ, ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಶ್ರೀ. ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರ ತಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹೋದರರ ಅಕ್ಕರೆಯ ಬಾಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಒಂದಾಗಿಸಿದೆ. ಹಾಸನದ ನಿಂಬೆಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ 40 ವರ್ಷದ ಶ್ರೀ. ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. 2024ರ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 15ರಂದು, ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಬೇಜೈ ಬೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಹಾಯಕರಾಗಿ, ಹರಿದುಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ. ಗಾಡ್ಫ್ರೀ ಮಾರ್ಟಿಸ್ ಅವರ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ತಂಡವು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿತು.

ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಮೊದಲು ಅವರು ಕಾಣೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಆಳವಾದ ದುಃಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಿತ್ತು. ಮಿಸ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದರೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.ವಿವಾಹಿತನಾಗಿದ್ದ ಶ್ರೀ. ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿಯ ಪತ್ನಿ, ಅವರ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆಯ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ತೊರೆದಿದ್ದರು. ಮನೋವೈಕಲ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಅವರು ಬದುಕಿನ ಹಾದಿ ತಪ್ಪಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುವಂತಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಚಾರಿಟೇಬಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‌ನ ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿಯ ತಂಡದವರ ನಿಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಸೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯ ಶ್ರಮ ಕೊನೆಗೂ ಫಲ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, 2025ರ ಜುಲೈ 21ರಂದು ತಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹೋದರರ ಅಪ್ಪುಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ. ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಭಾವಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಮಿಲನಗೊಂಡರು. ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಕಳೆದುಹೋದವರನ್ನು ಮರಳಿ ಕಂಡ ಸಂತೋಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಒಂದಾಗಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡ ಮುಂಬೈ ನ ಶ್ರಾದ್ಧ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಕೂಡ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಮತ್ತು ನಿಂಬೆಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಹಾಗೂ ನೆರೆಹೊರೆಯವರು ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹರ್ಷಭರಿತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು.
