On August 8, 2025, local residents helped Jinder by giving him a bath, providing clothes, and offering him food. Mr. Victor Pinto then informed

During the rescue, it was observed that Jinder spoke in Hindi, but no information could be obtained about his family or background. It is suspected that he may have been homeless for a long time. He appeared to prefer speaking to himself rather than engaging with others.
