Manjeshwar: July 22, 2025, After months of uncertainty and concern, 31-year-old Mr. Pandyaraj was finally reunited with his parents. This happy reunion took place at Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Center in Manjeshwar, Kasaragod, Kerala. The emotional reunion brought tears of joy to his parents, who had long awaited his safe return.

Mr. Pandyaraj, who had been experiencing mental health challenges including self-talk and wandering behavior, was initially led by Mrs. Nirmala Santosh, the founder of Kripa Charitable Trust in Nedumpoyil, Kannur, rescued Pandiraj. She was admitted to Snehalaya on February 21, 2025, where he received comprehensive psychiatric treatment, care, and rehabilitation support.

Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Snehalaya team and his gradual recovery, Mr. Pandyaraj was eventually able to recall and provide the details of his whereabouts. This breakthrough enabled the staff to trace his family in Arunasalam Colony, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

On July 22, 2025, his parents, Mr. S. Sowndaraj and Mrs. Kasthuri, embraced him with overwhelming relief and gratitude. Their joy was shared by the entire rehabilitation team, who witnessed this powerful moment of healing and hope.
