Manjeshwar: March 31, 2025: With the timely information, prudence, and immediate assistance of Mr. Gurudath Nayak, a concerned citizen, the Snehalaya Rescue Team successfully rescued a 28-year-old man named Vikas, who was found wandering in Car Street, Mangalore.
At the time of his rescue, Vikas exhibited signs of severe neglect, poor hygiene, and psychiatric distress. He appeared disoriented, engaged in self-smiling, and had difficulty speaking. Currently, he is unable to provide any information about his identity or family.
