Manjeshwar, March 16, 2025, – In a heart-warming moment of relief and reunion, Nazrin, now known as Sunitha, has been joyfully reunited with her family after a year of painful separation in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. For twelve long months, her mother, brother, uncle, and aunt searched desperately, never losing hope, despite never filing an official missing person’s report.

Nazrin, a married woman and mother to a young son, had been silently battling severe mental health challenges for years. Without access to proper treatment, she slipped away from her family’s reach, leaving them in anguish as they searched tirelessly for her. Her son, meanwhile, was cared for by his grandmother during this difficult time.

On January 23, 2025, after months of uncertainty, Nazrin was found in Mangalore and through the dedicated efforts of the Snehalaya Charitable Trust, she was rescued and placed into care. At Snehalaya Nazrin received essential treatment and counselling, which played a pivotal role in her recovery. After healing under the compassionate guidance of Snehalaya, she was transferred to Shraddha Foundation, a key organization responsible for reuniting her with her family.

On March 16, 2025, the long-awaited reunion finally transpired, bringing tears of joy and relief to Nazrin’s family, who never stopped believing she would return.
