Anitha had been rescued by the Snehalaya team on October 14, 2024, from Mangalore Central Railway Station. Disoriented and lost, she was brought to the center for care and support. Through months of dedicated counseling and intervention, Snehalaya’s team was able to trace her family in Thakurli, Kalyan, Mumbai.
On January 13, 2025, Anitha’s long-awaited reunion with her family was filled with emotion. Her family, overjoyed and relieved, embraced their beloved daughter with tears of happiness, grateful for Snehalaya’s tireless efforts.

ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ: ಜನವರಿ 13, 2025 ರಂದು – 40 ವರ್ಷದ ಅನಿತಾಳ ಬಾಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಕೆಯ ನಂತರ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಿಲನವಾಗುವ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಂತಸ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂತ್ವನದ ಕ್ಷಣವಾಯಿತು.
ಅನಿತಾಳನ್ನು 2024 ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 14ರಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ರೈಲು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಿಂದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ತಂಡ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿತು. ದಿಕ್ಕುತಪ್ಪಿ, ಕಳೆದುಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಅವಳನ್ನು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತಂದು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಆವಶ್ಯಕ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ನೆರವು, ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಬಹಳ ದಿನಗಳ ಸತತ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧ ಮಧ್ಯಸ್ಥಿಕೆಯಿಂದ, ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ತಂಡ ಮುಂಬೈನ ಠಾಕುರ್‍ಲಿ, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಿತು.
ಜನವರಿ 13, 2025ರಂದು, ಅನಿತಾಳ ಬಹುದಿನಗಳ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಫಲವಾಗಿ ಆಕೆಯ ಮಿಲನ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಜರುಗಿತು. ಸಂತೋಷಭರಿತವಾದ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಅಶ್ರುಗಳ ತುಂತುರು ಹನಿಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ ಆನಂದಭಾಷ್ಪಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಿಯ ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಶ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ, ಕರ ಜೋಡಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
