Manjeshwar: In a heartwarming turn of events, 34-year-old Ravi Whagmode has reunited with his family in Maharashtra. This reunion brought immense relief to his loved ones, who had been anxious and concerned for years. Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre played a crucial role in making this happen on December 9, 2024.

Manjeshwar Police found Ravi in a distressed state, wandering aimlessly. He showed signs of psychiatric instability and had poor personal hygiene. The police immediately brought him to Snehalaya, where he received medical and psychological care. This intervention helped him regain his memory, including details about his family and home address.

Ravi’s condition improved steadily during his time at the rehabilitation center. With consistent care and support, he began recalling crucial details about his family. Eventually, this progress made it possible for him to reconnect with his loved ones.

Ravi’s brother, Deepak, expressed immense joy and relief after the reunion. “It feels like a long-awaited blessing,” he said, overwhelmed by the emotional moment.
