Manjeswar: On November 15, 2024, the Snehalaya team rescued a 70-year-old man named Habool from Manjeshwara Street, Kasaragod, Kerala. The team admitted him to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre for further care and assessment.
The team found Habool in a disheveled state, with poor personal hygiene, wandering aimlessly. While he is physically fit, the initial assessments suggest he suffers from a mental illness.
Habool revealed that he hails from the Jalpaiguri District in West Bengal.
