Ramnagar, Karnataka – October 2024: In a heartwarming reunion, Sayyad Noor, whose real name is Prashanth, was reunited with his family on September 24, 2024, after being missing for a year. Prashanth had been admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho Social Rehabilitation Centre on June 28, 2024, after being found wandering the streets in poor condition. He was brought to the center by Mr. Sunil, a taxi driver from Kankanady.
Initially receiving care at Snehalaya, Prashanth was later transferred to Shradha Rehabilitation Centre in Mumbai on August 10, 2024. Over the course of his treatment, he was given medication,Counselling and Therapies for two months. His family, unaware of his mental health condition, had not provided him with any prior treatment, making the rehabilitation journey especially significant for his recovery.
The emotional reunion with his parents has been described as a positive outcome for both Prashanth and his family, who hail from the village of Doddasadhanahalli in Ramnagar district, Karnataka.This successful reunion highlights the importance of community intervention and mental health awareness in helping individuals like Prashanth recover and reconnect with their loved ones.
ದಿನಾಂಕ 28/06/24 ರಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 30ವರ್ಷ ಪ್ರಾಯದ ಸೈಯದ್ ನೂರ್ ಎಂಬ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥನನ್ನು, ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡದವರು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂಬೈ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯಾದ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಅವರು, ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಹಿತೈಷಿಯಾದ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಅವರಿಂದ ದೊರೆತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ,ಮುಂದಿನ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಪುರುಷರ ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯಿಂದ ಆತನ ಅರೋಗ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮೇಣ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂತು, ಆತನ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರೀಯೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಗಮಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಅತನನ್ನು ಮುಂಬೈಯ ಶೃದ್ಧಾ ರೀಹ್ಯಾಬಿಲೆ‍‌ಶನ್ ಫೌಂಡೆಶನ್ ಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ದಿನಾಂಕ 24.09.2024ರಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ರಾಮನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆತನ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನವಾಯಿತು. ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಬಳಿಕ ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಿಕರು ತುಂಬಾ ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟರು.ಕುಟುಂಬದವರಿಂದ ದೊರೆತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆತನ ನಿಜ ಹೆಸರು ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಈತ ಕಳೆದ ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದ.ಈ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನದ ಪುಣ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಶೃದ್ದಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕುಟುಂಬಿಕರು ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದ ಕೃತಜ್ನತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
