Somanu, a 58-year-old man, had been missing for 17 long years. His brother had been searching for him everywhere, but to no avail. However, fate had other plans, and Somanu was finally found and brought to Snehalaya Kasaragod on August 17, 2024. The journey to reunion was not easy, but the end result was nothing short of miraculous.As Somanu’s brother waited anxiously, he was finally reunited with his long-lost sibling on September 24, 2024. The emotions that filled the room were palpable – joy, tears, and a sense of relief. Somanu’s brother was overjoyed to see him, and the two shared a heartfelt embrace.

The road to reunion was not easy. Somanu had been missing for nearly two decades, and his family had almost given up hope. But Snehalaya Kasaragod’s efforts paid off, and Somanu was finally found. The organization’s dedication to reuniting families is truly commendable.

The reunion was made possible through the efforts of Shraddha Rehabilitation Centre in Mumbai, which had admitted Somanu on September 10, 2024. The centre’s reunion program helped trace Somanu’s family, and within a short span of 14 days, he was reunited with his brother and family.

Somanu’s story is a testament to the power of hope and perseverance. Despite the odds, his family never gave up on him, and their love and support have finally paid off. This reunion is a joyous occasion, and we wish Somanu and his family all the best as they start this new chapter in their lives.

ದಿನಾಂಕ 17.08.2024 ಕಾಸರಗೋಡಿನ ಚುಲ್ಲಿಯ ಜೀವನಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಆಶ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ, 58ವರ್ಷ ಪ್ರಾಯದ ಸೋಮನು ಎಂಬ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥನನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಆರೈಕೆ, ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನಮಿಲನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯಿಂದ ಆತನ ಅರೋಗ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮೇಣ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂತು, ಆತನ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರೀಯೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಗಮಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಅತನನ್ನು ಮುಂಬೈಯ ಶೃದ್ಧಾ ರೀಹ್ಯಾಬಿಲೆ‍‌ಶನ್ ಫೌಂಡೆಶನ್ ಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ದಿನಾಂಕ 24.09.2024ರಂದು ಆಂಧ್ರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಂ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನವಾಯಿತು. ಹದಿನೇಳು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಬಳಿಕ ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಿಕರು ತುಂಬಾ ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟರು ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಭಾವುಕರಾದರು. ಈ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನದ ಪುಣ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಶೃದ್ದಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕುಟುಂಬಿಕರು ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದ ಕೃತಜ್ನತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
