Mrs. Fareeda aged 50 years was brought to Snehalaya Psycho Social Rehabilitation Home for Women, by the Inspector of Police, Women Cell, Kasaragod on 12th January 2021 in a mentally ill state. She was roaming in the streets of Kundamkuzin, Kerala in a depressed condition.
Snehalaya team treated her and fulfilled her basic needs. She quickly responded to the treatment and therapeutic activities. One day, she shared her family details in a counselling session. She remembered the names of all her six children.
Team Snehalaya with the help of Shraddha Foundation, Mumbai traced her family at Fatehpur in Uttar Pradesh. According to her family members, she has five sons and a daughter.
Today on 13th January 2022, we are happy to share that, she has been successfully re-united with her family at Fatehpur of Uttar Pradesh after 16 years The family experienced a joyful moment and the whole village gathered to be a part of this happy moment.
The family and the whole village was grateful towards the Snehalaya Psycho Social Rehabilitation Home for Women and Shraddha Foundation for all their efforts in caring, treating and re-uniting Mrs. Fareeda with her family who went missing 16 years ago.
*ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಫತೇಪುರ್‌ನ ಫರೀದಾ 16 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿದ ಸುಂದರ ಘಟನೆ.
ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸುಮಾರು 50 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಫರೀದಾ ಅವರನ್ನು 2021 ರ ಜನವರಿ 12 ರಂದು ಕಾಸರಗೋಡು ಮಹಿಳಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇನ್ಸ್‌ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ರವರು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತಂದರು. ಆಕೆ ಖಿನ್ನವಾದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇರಳ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕುಂದಂಕುಝಿನ್‌ನ ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರುಗಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಆಕೆಗೆ ವಸತಿ, ಆರೈಕೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವಶ್ಯಕ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿತು. ಅವರು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದರು. ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಆಪ್ತ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು .ತನ್ನ 6 ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಚಾರಗಳ ಸ್ಮರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮುಂಬೈನ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ನ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಫತೇಪುರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಆಕೆಯ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಿತು. ಆಕೆಯ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಆಕೆಗೆ ಐದು ಗಂಡು ಮತ್ತು ಒಬ್ಬಳು ಮಗಳು ಇರುವ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.
16 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಕಾಣೆಯಾದ ಫರೀದಾರನ್ನು ಇಂದು 13ನೇ ಜನವರಿ 2022 ರಂದು, ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಫತೇಪುರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಿರುವ ಆಕೆಯ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಮರು ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ನಾವು ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ . ಫರೀದಾರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಲು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಇಡೀ ಗ್ರಾಮವೇ ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿತ್ತು. ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಈ ಸಂತೋಷದ ಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದರು.
16 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಫರೀದಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ, ಆರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವಶ್ಯಕ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಲು ಕಾರಣಕರ್ತವಾದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಮುಂಬೈ ಇವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಇಡೀ ಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಜನರು ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
