Under the Pratyasha Project Bhagavathi aged 67 was brought to Snehalaya, Manjeshwar on 17.03.2022 from Maria Bhavan, Trust Kannur for reunion process. And today she was joyfully re united with her family after 22 years.
During her admission at Snehalaya it is found that Bhagavati is still having symptoms of psychiatric problems. The medical treatment was continued as prescribed by the Psychiatrist. She was encouraged to participate in all the therapeutic activities and counselling sessions. According to the information received during the counselling session Team Snehalaya tried to get the details of her native and family. They also contacted the police, officials, public and media representatives. As a result, team came to know that she hails from Bamankhedi Village of Matmore Talluk of Dewas District of Madya Pradesh. And finally, team was successful in contacting her daughter. As per the telephonic conversations they started their travel to Snehalaya Manjeshwar. And today on 05.04.2022 her daughter, Son-in -law, Son and relatives reached Snehalaya. The tears of love and joy were shed by all who witnessed this event of meeting of a mother with her children after 22 years.
They visited and met other patients of Snehalaya and admired the selfless service of the institution. They had no words to say how grateful they are for rescuing their mother from the street, providing shelter, care and treatment. And also, for reuniting her with family after such along time.
22 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಭಗವತಿಯು ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿನ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡರು.
ಪ್ರತ್ಯಶಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ 67 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಭಗವತಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮರುಸೇರಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ 17.03.2022 ರಂದು ಕಣ್ಣೂರಿನ ಮರಿಯಾ ಭವನದಿಂದ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತರಲಾಯಿತು. ಮತ್ತು ಇಂದು ಆಕೆಯು 22 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಖುಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಗವತಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ . ಆಕೆಗೆ ಮನೋವೈದ್ಯರು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದಂತೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಪ್ತಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ಅವಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕೌನ್ಸೆಲಿಂಗ್ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೊರೆತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡ ಆಕೆಯ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿತು. ಪೊಲೀಸರು, ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ, ಅವರು ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶದ ದೇವಾಸ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮಟ್ಮೋರ್ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಬಾಮನ್ಖೇಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದವರು ಎಂದು ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಳಿದುಬಂತು . ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ, ತಂಡವು ಅವರ ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಯಿತು. ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಯಂತೆ ಅವರು ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದೆಡೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಇಂದು ದಿನಾಂಕ 05.04.2022 ರಂದು ಅವರ ಮಗಳು, ಅಳಿಯ, ಮಗ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕರು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿದರು. 22 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ತಾಯಿ ತನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿಯಾದ ಈ ಘಟನೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂತೋಷದ ಕಣ್ಣೀರು ಸುರಿಸಿದರು .
ಅವರು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಇತರ ರೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಿದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಬೀದಿಯಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ , ಆಶ್ರಯ, ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಪದಗಳಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ತಾಯಿ ಎಂದೋ ತೀರಿಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿದ ತಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು 22 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸುದೀರ್ಘ ಅವಧಿಯ ನಂತರ ಮತ್ತೆ ಒದಗಿಸಿದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಆನಂದಬಾಷ್ಪದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮನಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಹರಸಿದರು.
