After her admission at Snehalaya she was provided with needed care and medical treatment. Along with the medication she was encouraged to participate in different social and therapeutic activities. Her condition started to improve. She underwent counselling sessions and shared several issues including  her family. Our social workers collected the information shared by Meenu and tried to trace her family. They came to know she hails from Sarnadih Village, Auxi Taluq, Latehar District of Jharkhand.

  After contacting her husband and son, she was discharged from Snehalaya on 10/04/22 and was reunited with her family at Jharkhand on 13/04/22. The family members were happy to see her after 16 years. Her niece told that Meenu had mental issues since 20 years and she went missing 16 years ago. Meenu has two sons, her husband Mr. Yakub Kujur and son Mr Alok Kujur were overwhelmed with joy and happiness as they could see Meenu again in a good condition. They were highly indebted to Snehalaya Manjeshwar and Maria Bhawan and were thankful for all their selfless service from rescuing Meenu from street till reuniting her with her family.

ಮೀನು 16 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಜಾರ್ಖಂಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿನ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡರು.

ಪ್ರತ್ಯಶಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿಗಾಗಿ ಸುಮಾರು 70 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಮೀನುವನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 17/03/22 ರಂದು ಕಣ್ಣೂರಿನ ಮರಿಯಾ ಭವನ್ ಚಾರಿಟೇಬಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ನಿಂದ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತರಲಾಯಿತು.

ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾದ ನಂತರ ಆಕೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಔಷಧಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವಿಧ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಆಕೆಯ ದೈಹಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿತು. ಆಕೆಯು ಕೌನ್ಸೆಲಿಂಗ್ ಸೆಷನ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದು ಇದರಂತೆ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಹಲವಾರು ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಮೀನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ಆಕೆ ಜಾರ್ಖಂಡ್‌ ನ ಲತೇಹರ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಆಕ್ಸಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಸರ್ನಾಡಿಹ್ ಗ್ರಾಮದವಳು ಎಂಬ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ದೊರಕಿತು.

ಆಕೆಯ ಪತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಗನನ್ನು  ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ, ನಡೆಸಲಾದ ಮಾತುಕತೆಯಂತೆ  ದಿನಾಂಕ  13/04/22 ರಂದು ಜಾರ್ಖಂಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿನ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

16 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡ ಕುಟುಂಬಸ್ಥರು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನೇ ನಂಬಲಾರದೆ, ಅತೀವ ಸಂತೋಷಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾದರು . ಮೀನು ಅವರಿಗೆ 20 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇದ್ದು, 16 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಆಕೆಯ ಸೊಸೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು . ಮೀನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗಂಡು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿದ್ದು , ಅವರ ಪತಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಯಾಕೂಬ್ ಕುಜೂರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮಗ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಲೋಕ್ ಕುಜೂರ್ ಅವರು ಮೀನನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡು ಭಾವೋದ್ವೆಗಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾದರು .
