He was found wandering on streets in poor hygiene state and was hungry.  There is infection and puss in his right eye, and left palm. He has no movement in the fingers of his left hand. He speaks Hindi. He also shared that he hails from Patna, Bihar. His father’s name is Nandalal Sahu and mother’s name is Bimla.

 He is  admitted to Snehalaya Psycho- Social Rehabilitation Centre for care and treatment.
