Mrs olivia Crasta Trustee of Snehalaya and team of social workers rescued Ruksana aged about 33 years. As per the information given by Mr Lestar Cutinha, Ruksana was wandering on the streets of Thokkottu, Mangalore.
Team Snehalaya rushed to rescue her and found her weak and hungry with poor hygiene. Even she had problem in her leg and was mentally stressed. The rescue team brought her to Snehalaya and she is admitted at Snehalaya, Psycho Social Rehabilitation Home for Women, Manjeshwar for care and treatment . She speaks Hindi.
