On Tuesday, October 2, 2022, under the leadership of Ward Incharge Mrs. Pramila Serrao, the St. Joseph’s ward members from the Sacred Heart Church in Maril Puttur visited the Snehalaya Psycho Social Rehabilitation Centre for Men, Women, & Old Age Home in Manjeshwar.
After the orientation, Snehalaya founder Brother Joseph Crasta shared his decade-long journey towards Snehalaya. The ward members applauded and honoured him for his tenacious work and selection as a member of the Kerala government’s Tulu academy. After their visit to the wards and interactions with our residents, they expressed that however much they appreciated the joyful service rendered with love and care, the hygienic environment, and the cleanliness maintained at Snehalaya. They added that the residents’ smiling faces were a reflection of their joy and happiness.
