Yenapoya Ayurvedha Medical College students along with their faculty Visited Snehalaya Psycho -Social Rehabilitation Center as part of the World Mental Health Day Celebration 2022. Dr.Zenica Dsouza Professor and the HOD of the Department of Kayachikitsa, along with the faculty members Dr.Shilpa and Dr.Saritha guided the team of final year BAMS students. After the orientation session Bro.Joseph Crasta Founder and Managing Trustee of Snehalaya Charitable Trust shared his 13 years journey of Snehalaya. Students were motivated by the witness as a simple Auto Driver because of his sacrifices and committed service towards the homeless on the streets with Psycho -Social problems became a founder of 300 bedded Rehabilitation Center.
