At the time of admission, he had poor eyesight and old age-related health issues. Also he had psychiatric symptoms like autistic thinking,, doubtfulness and auditory hallucinations.

  Due to highway construction, his house was razed to the ground. So he had to live in a tent . When he got admitted to Snehalaya, he was provided with healthy food and required treatment. Along with the care and treatment he was encouraged to participate in different sections of therapeutic activities. He was also given counselling sessions. His physical and mental condition improved and he started to become more sober. During one of the counseling session he shared the details of his native and family. Our team tried to contact his family.

On 14/09/22 his brother Mr Mehamood and his nephew Mr Sameer came to snehalaya to take him back home.

He was reunited with his family. At the time of reunion his brother shared that he left home at the age of 30 and since then he lived in the place where he was working as an electrician and a plumber.

They were happy to see him again that too in a healthy state.

They were very grateful towards Snehalaya, Manjeshwar and Mr Jijin  who brought him to Snehalaya. They offered their gratitude for the kind gesture and selfless services of Snehalaya Psycho- Social Rehabilitation Centre.

ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕಛೇರಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾದ   ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಆಲಿಯವರು  ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿದರು.

60 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಆಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 27/07/22 ರಂದು ಶ್ರೀ ಜಿಜಿನ್ ವಿ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವಿಭಾಗೀಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಕಾಸರಗೋಡು ಅವರು  ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕಛೇರಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತಂದರು.

ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರು ಕಳಪೆ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ವೃದ್ಧಾಪ್ಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ಅತಿಯಾದ ಚಿಂತನೆ, ಅನುಮಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರವಣೇಂದ್ರಿಯ ಭ್ರಮೆಗಳಂತಹ ಮನೋವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರು.

  ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಮನೆ ನೆಲಸಮವಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಡೇರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಾದಾಗ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಆಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಪ್ತ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನೂ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಅವರ ದೈಹಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಸುಧಾರಿಸಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಮಚಿತ್ತರಾಗಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಕೌನ್ಸೆಲಿಂಗ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು ನಮ್ಮ ತಂಡ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿತು . ದಿನಾಂಕ

14/09/22 ಅವರ ಸಹೋದರ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೆಹಮೂದ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಸೋದರಳಿಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಮೀರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮನೆಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಲು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರು ಮತ್ತು   ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಆಲಿಯವರು ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡರು . ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಆಲಿಯವರು ತಮ್ಮ 30 ನೇ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆ ತೊರೆದಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂದಿನಿಂದ ಅವರು ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಿಷಿಯನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ಲಂಬರ್ ಆಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಆಲಿಯವರನ್ನು ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಂತ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ  ನೋಡಿ ಅವರು ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟರು. ಅನ್ನ ಆಹಾರವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ರಸ್ತೆ ಬದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತಿದ್ದ ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಆಲಿಯವರನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ  ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
