Today on 15th of November Mr. Vishukumar Shetty, Social Worker from Udupi, brought a young person of nearly 25 age who was wandering on National Highway near Ambalpady of Udupi. He was with poor hygiene, self-talking and was suffering from mental issues. He was not responding much and only murmuring without audible voice . For his care and treatment, he has been admitted at Snehalaya Psycho- Social Rehabilitation Centre at Manjeshewar. His name and identity is unknown.
