A destitute aged about 35 was found shabbily dressed and lacked self-care, wandering aimlessly on the streets of Madanthyar. She was rescued by Mrs. Josliya Crasta Trustee of Snehalaya Charitable Trust and admitted to Snehalaya Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centre with the assistance of Mr. Stephan Montiero. The rescued lady has been found with psychiatric symptoms like hallucination, Auditory hallucination. 

Now for further care and treatment, she is admitted to Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Home for Women, Manjeshwar. She speaks Tulu and shared her name as Kamala.
