Joseph Crasta and Snehalaya team on 16/05/2023 from Baikampady Mangalore as per the information given by Mr. Kiran Karkala.The patient was Wandering on the Street Aimlessly. He shows Psychiatric symptoms such as Tangentiality, Loosening of Associations, irrelevant talk, etc. The native place of the client is not known. There is a black mole on his right as well as left hand.

ದಿನಾಂಕ 16/05/2023 ರಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬೈಕಂಪಾಡಿ ಬಳಿ ಬೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತಿದ್ದ ಸುಮಾರು 42ವರ್ಷ ಪ್ರಾಯದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ಕಿರಣ್ ಕಾರ್ಕಳ ಅವರಿಂದ ದೊರಕಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಬ್ರ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾರವರು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು. ರೋಗಿಯು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ದಿಕ್ಕುತೊಚದೆ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತಿದ್ದನು ಹಾಗು ಕೊಳಕಾದ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದನು. ಆತನ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆರೈಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ರೋಗಿಯ ಬಲ ಮತ್ತು ಎಡ ಕೈಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಪ್ಪು ಮಚ್ಚೆಗಳಿವೆ. ಯಾರಿಗಾದರೂ ಆತನ ಅಥವಾ ಆತನ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಇ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಬಹುದು 9446547033 / 7994087033.
