A Destitute named Narayan Moolya was rescued from Darbe, Puttur by Snehalaya Team. The patient was wandering aimlessly on the streets of Puttur with poor self-care and without proper intake of food and water. He is Physically and Mentally ill as per the evaluation of the counselor on Admission. He is also an elderly aged about 70 years. Old age-related issues are also seen in him. He is admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Center for additional care, treatment, and rehabilitation.

ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಪುತ್ತೂರಿನ ದರ್ಬೆಯಿಂದ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಮೂಲ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ನಿರ್ಗತಿಕನನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದೆ. ರೋಗಿಯು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಅನ್ನ- ನೀರು, ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಅಭಾವದಿಂದ ದಿಕ್ಕು ತೋಚದೆ ಪುತ್ತೂರಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ – ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಆತನ ಸಹಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ದೈಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾಯ ಸುಮಾರು 70 ವರ್ಷ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ವೃದ್ಧಾಪ್ಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳೂ ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಸಿಗುತ್ತವೆ. ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಆರೈಕೆ, ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿಗಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ-ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
