Manjeswaram, September 24, 2023 — In a touching and long-awaited moment, Ameer Ahammed, a resident of Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Center for Men in Manjeswaram, has been reunited with his family after a challenging journey battling mental illness for the past five years. Ameer’s elder sister, Mumthas Begam, travelled to Snehalaya to bring her beloved brother back home, marking a significant milestone in Ameer’s road to recovery.
Ameer Ahammed, a 38-year-old man, had been under the care and treatment of Snehalaya in the past Four Months. His struggles with mental illness had not only affected his own life but also had a profound impact on his family. Snehalaya, a renowned rehabilitation center specializing in providing support and care to individuals with mental health issues, played a crucial role in Ameer’s recovery process.
The journey to recovery was not easy for Ameer, who faced numerous challenges while battling his illness. Snehalaya’s dedicated team of mental health professionals, therapists, and caregivers provided him with the necessary care, therapy, and emotional support needed for his rehabilitation.
