Mrs. Olivia Crasta, Founder Trustee cum Secretary of Snehalya, along with the Snehalaya team, successfully rescued a distressed woman on September 24, 2023. The woman, identified as Parvati, approximately 37 years old, was found at the Mallikatte Bus Stand in Mangalore. now she has been admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho Social Rehabilitation Centre for Women.
Parvati, who is currently battling mental depression, speaks both Kannada and Tulu languages. During her initial interaction with the Snehalaya team, she revealed that her husband’s house is located in Yayyadi, Mangalore, and her birthplace is Gangavati. However, further details about her identity and history remain unknown.
Snehalaya’s dedicated team is providing Parvati with excellent care and treatment to aid in her recovery. Simultaneously, they are actively seeking any information or leads that could help establish contact with her family or shed light on her past.
