The blessing ceremony of the ambulance took place today, in a gathering filled with gratitude and hope. Fr. Cyril D Souza, the Chaplain of Snehalaya, presided over the blessing, imparting his prayers and well-wishes for the vehicle to serve as a beacon of aid and comfort for the patients and staff of the rehabilitation center.

Founder and Executive Director of Snehalaya, Joseph Crasta, expressed his profound gratitude towards Mr. Michael D Souza for his generous donation. “This ambulance is not just a vehicle but a lifeline that will significantly enhance our ability to provide immediate and efficient medical attention to our residents,” Crasta stated during the ceremony. “It’s a testament to the community spirit and the shared commitment to uplift those in need.”

The ceremony was graced by the Presence of Mrs. Sylvia D Silva,Sister of Mr.Michael and Mr. Stephen Pinto and Mr. Ozwald Rodrigues the dedicated team members of Mr. Michael D Souza, whose collective efforts were instrumental in making this donation possible. Their presence underscored the collaborative spirit that drove this philanthropic initiative.

ದಿನಾಂಕ 15.03.2024 ರಂದು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅನಿವಾಸಿ ಭಾರತಿಯ ಉದ್ಯಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಡುಗೈ ದಾನಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೈಕಲ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾರವರು ಕೊಡುಗೆಯಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿದ ನೂತನ ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ವಾಹನದ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಶಿರ್ವಚನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಅದ್ಧೂರಿಯಾಗಿ ನೆರವೇರಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅಥಿತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೈಕಲ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾರವರ ತಂಗಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸಿಲ್ವಿಯ ಡಿಸಿಲ್ವರವರು  ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಸಹೋದರ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾರವರಿಗೆ ವಾಹನದ ಕೀಲಿಯನ್ನು ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಿದರು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಥಿತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಮೈಕಲ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾರ ತಂಡದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸ್ಟೀಫನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಓಸ್ವಾಲ್ಡ್ ಅಂತೆಯೆ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಒಲಿವಿಯಾ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾರವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಮಂದಿರದ ಗುರುಗಳಾದ ವಂ.ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸಿರಿಲ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾರವರು ವಾಹನದ ಆಶೀರ್ವಚನ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು. ಸಹೋದರ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾರವರು ಈ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ ಮತ್ತು ಕಳೆದ ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೈಕಲ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯಾಂತರಾಳದ ವಂದನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು ಅಂತೆಯೆ ಈ ವಾಹನ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ನೆರವೇರಿತು.
