On April 16, 2024, Mr. Jovial Crasta, the trustee of Snehalaya, rescued a person named Nileshwar (36), who was wandering in the streets of Kedumbadi. He was suffering from mental illness and was under treatment at Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre for Men. Later, he was transferred to Shraddha, Mumbai, for his reunion.
On May 22, 2024, Nileshwar was reunited with his family in Raipur district of Chhattisgarh. His family, seeing him after 14 years, became emotional and expressed immense happiness. According to his family, he had been suffering from mental illness for the past 15 years, and his condition worsened due to his addiction to tobacco and alcohol. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards Snehalaya and Shraddha centres for their selfless service.
ದಿನಾಂಕ 16.04.2024 ರಂದು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಟ್ರಷ್ಟಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜೋವಿಯಲ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾರವರು, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರಿಂದ ದೊರೆತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ, ನೀಲೇಶ್ವರ್ ಎಂಬ 36 ವರ್ಷ ಪ್ರಾಯದ, ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಖಿನ್ನತೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತಿದ್ದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಾಗಿ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೊರೆತ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆದ ನಂತರ ಅವರ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಸುಧಾರಿಸಿತು. ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ತಂಡಗಳ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಿಂದಾಗಿ, ಅವರ ವಿಳಾಸವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಲಾಯಿತು.
ಮೇ 22, 2024 ರಂದು ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢದ ರಾಯ್‌ಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಒಂದಾದರು. ಹದಿನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷದ ನಂತರ ಅವರನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಮನೆಯವರು ತುಂಬಾ ಖುಷಿಪಟ್ಟರು ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಭಾವುಕರಾದರು.ಕುಟುಂಬಿಕರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೀಲೇಶ್ವರ್ ಕಳೆದ ಹದಿನೈದು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತಿದ್ದ, ಸ್ಥಳಿಯ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯುತಿದ್ದರು ತಂಬಾಕು ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಪಾನ ಸೇವನೆಯಿಂದ ಆತನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹದಗೆಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು. ಹೀಗೊಂದು ದಿನ ಹೇಳದೆ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಈ ನಿಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರು ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
