On January 6, 2023, a woman named Hadeesha, approximately 52 years old, was admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre for Women by the Women’s Cell of Kasaragod District, referred from the Kasaragod District Hospital. After receiving essential care and treatment at Snehalaya, her condition improved, and through the hard work of both the Snehalaya and Shraddha teams, her address was traced.
On June 5, 2024, she was successfully reunited with her family in Supaul, Bihar. She had been missing for six months. According to her family, she had been suffering from mental illness for the past ten years. The family expressed their gratitude towards both the Snehalaya and Shraddha teams for their selfless service to mankind.
ದಿನಾಂಕ 06.01.2023 ರಂದು ಕಾಸರಗೊಡಿನ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಹದಿಶಾ ಎಂಬ ಸುಮಾರು 52 ವರ್ಷ ಪ್ರಾಯದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಸರಗೂಡಿನ ಪೋಲಿಸರು(WOMEN CELL) ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ದಾಖಲಾತಿಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೆ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತಿದ್ದು ಆಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರಿ ಸ್ವಭಾವವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಳು.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೈಕೆ ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂಬೈಯ ಶೃದ್ದಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳ ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಆಕೆಯ ವಿಳಾಸವನ್ನು ಕೆಲವೇ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು. ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರೀಯೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಗಮಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂಬೈಯ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ದಿನಾಂಕ 05/06/2024ರಂದು ಬಿಹಾರದ ಸುಪಾಲ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಆಕೆಯ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನವಾಯಿತು. ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಬಳಿಕ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರು ಕಣ್ಣೀರಿಟ್ಟರು. ಕುಟುಂಬಿಕರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆಕೆ ಕಳೆದ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು.
ಈ ಪುಣ್ಯಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಶೃದ್ದಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರು ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದ ಕೃತಜ್ನತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
