ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ, ನವೆಂಬರ್ 02, 2026: ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಖಿಲೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕಂಕನಾಡಿ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ-ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಆಶ್ರಯ, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಆರೈಕೆ, ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಶ್ರೀ ಅಖಿಲೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದರು. ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ದೊರಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ತಂಡವು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಅವರನ್ನು 2026ರ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 31ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11:30ಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿತು.

ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಾದಾಗ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಖಿಲೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಕೊರತೆ, ತಮ್ಮಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ನಗುವುದು, ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದು, ಆಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರಿ ವರ್ತನೆ, ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಂಬದ್ಧ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡುವ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಕಂಡುಬಂದವು. ಅವರ ದೈಹಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ, ಸಮಗ್ರ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ, ಸೂಕ್ತ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

Akhilesh Kumar, Found Helpless at Kankanady Junction in Mangaluru, Provided Shelter and Treatment at Snehalaya

Manjeshwar, November 2, 2026: Mr. Akhilesh Kumar, a native of Uttar Pradesh, was found in a helpless condition at Kankanady Junction in Mangaluru. He was rescued and admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre. He is now being provided with the necessary shelter, medical care, treatment, and rehabilitation services.

Mr. Sunil Kumar, a member of the public, brought Mr. Akhilesh Kumar’s situation to the attention of Snehalaya. Upon receiving this information, the Snehalaya team acted immediately and admitted him to the centre at 11:30 AM on October 31, 2026.

At the time of admission, Mr. Akhilesh Kumar showed signs of poor personal hygiene, laughing to himself, talking to himself, aggressive behaviour, limited speech, and incoherent statements. Considering his physical and mental condition, a comprehensive medical evaluation, appropriate treatment, personal care, and continuous professional supervision are required.

Currently, Mr. Akhilesh Kumar is being provided with safe accommodation, personal care, nutritious food, medical assistance, and psycho-social support at Snehalaya. A professional team will provide the necessary care and rehabilitation services to help improve his health and bring stability to his daily life.
