Karnataka Bank Donates a 125 KVA Generator to Snehalaya Under Its CSR Initiative

Manjeshwar: In a remarkable gesture of compassion and social responsibility, Karnataka Bank has sanctioned and donated a generator to Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre, Manjeshwar, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

For an institution dedicated to caring for persons with mental health challenges, the elderly, and other vulnerable individuals, an uninterrupted power supply is essential to ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Power interruptions can affect daily activities, kitchen operations, medical care, and the overall functioning of the Centre. This generous contribution from Karnataka Bank will help Snehalaya maintain essential services around the clock and provide a safer, more comfortable environment for its 350-plus residents.

The generator is more than just a piece of equipment; it is a symbol of care, compassion, and commitment to humanity. It represents a promise that even when darkness falls, the light of care and service at Snehalaya will continue to shine.

ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ: ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಳಕಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವೀಯ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ನಿದರ್ಶನವಾಗಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ತನ್ನ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟ್ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ (CSR) ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಸೈಕೋ-ಸೋಶಿಯಲ್ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಜನರೇಟರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವವರು, ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಆರೈಕೆಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಂತಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ನಿರಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಯವು ದೈನಂದಿನ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು, ಅಡುಗೆಮನೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಗಳು, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಆರೈಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರಬಹುದು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ನ ಈ ಉದಾರ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ 350ಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರಂತರ ಸೇವೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಆರಾಮದಾಯಕ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗಲಿದೆ.

ಈ ಜನರೇಟರ್ ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ಉಪಕರಣವಲ್ಲ; ಇದು ಕಾಳಜಿ, ಕರುಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವೀಯ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕತ್ತಲೆ ಆವರಿಸಿದರೂ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವೆಯ ಬೆಳಕು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳಗುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಭರವಸೆಯನ್ನು ಈ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಸಾರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಈ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ನ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಶ್ವಿನ್ ಟಿ. ಆರ್. ಹಾಗೂ ಉಚ್ಚಿಲ ಶಾಖೆಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ಯಾಮ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಸಹಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜಸೇವೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅವರ ಉದಾರ ಮನೋಭಾವ, ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ತೋರಿದ ಬದ್ಧತೆಗಾಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ನ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿತು.

ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವರ್ಗ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳು ಈ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಹಕಾರವು ಆರೈಕೆ, ಗೌರವ, ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭರವಸೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗುವ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಧ್ಯೇಯವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ನಿಜವಾದ ಸೇವೆಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ ವಸ್ತುವಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಳೆಯಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅದರಿಂದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಬದುಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಳಿ ಮೂಡಿದ ಆಶಾಕಿರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ನಿಜವಾದ ಮಹತ್ವ ಅಡಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ನಂಬಿಕೆ. ಈ ಉದಾತ್ತ ಸಿಎಸ್‌ಆರ್ ಉಪಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್, ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಕೇವಲ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸೇವೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಲ್ಲ; ಅದು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕರುಣಾಮಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಳಜಿಯುಳ್ಳ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನೂ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

ತಮ್ಮ ಆರೈಕೆಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಶಾಕಿರಣವಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ಗೆ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯವು ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಉದಾರತೆಯ ಮನೋಭಾವವು ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಅಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಜನರ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹಾರೈಸುತ್ತದೆ.
