ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಮೊಯೆಜ್ ಉಳ್ಳಾಲದ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಡನೆ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನಗೊಂಡರು

ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 30, 2026: ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಉಳ್ಳಾಲದ ಸುಭಾಷ್ ನಗರದ, ನಿವಾಸಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಮೊಯೆಜ್ ಅವರು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 19, 2026ರಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನಗೊಂಡರು.

ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಮೊಯೆಜ್ ಅವರು ಉಳ್ಳಾಲದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೈದಾನದ ಬಳಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದ ಉಳ್ಳಾಲದ ಮುಕ್ಕಚ್ಚೇರಿಯ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಯ್ಸ್ಟನ್ ರೊನಾಲ್ಡ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಅವರು ಸಹಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಆರೈಕೆಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ನೆರವಾದರು.

ನಂತರ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಚಾರಿಟೇಬಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್, ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತರಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಬ್ರದರ್. ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾ ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಿತು. ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಅವರು ಜುಲೈ 7, 2026ರಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದರು.

ದಾಖಲಾದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಭ್ರಮೆಗಳು, ಗ್ರಹಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಭ್ರಮೆಗಳು, ಆಕ್ರಮಣಕಾರಿ ವರ್ತನೆ, ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಕೊರತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಲೆದಾಡುವ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಅವರ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಕುಟುಂಬದಿಂದ ದೂರವಾಗುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದ್ದವು.

ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಲಾಯಿತು. ಅವರ ತಾಯಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಫಾತಿಮಾ ಅವರು ಜುಲೈ 7ರಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ, ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಅವರ ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ಆರೈಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಂಬಲವು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆಧಾರವಾಯಿತು.

ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಚಾರಿಟೇಬಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‌ನ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲದೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯನ್ನು ಮರಳಿ ಪಡೆಯುವತ್ತ ಕ್ರಮೇಣ ಮುಂದುವರಿದರು. ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆರೈಕೆ ತಂಡವು ಅವರ ಮನೆಗೆ ಮರಳುವ ದಾರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿತು.

ನಂತರ ಅವರ ತಾಯಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಉಳ್ಳಾಲದ ದೀನ್ ದಯಾಳ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರು. ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಅವರು ಮತ್ತೆ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ನಡುವೆ ಸೇರಿರುವುದು ತಾಯಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸದಸ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಮತ್ತು ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸಿತು.

Abdul Moez Reunited with His Family in Ullal

Manjeshwar, September 30, 2026: After receiving care, support and rehabilitation, Mr. Abdul Moez, a resident of Subhash Nagar, Deen Dayal Road, Ullal, Mangaluru, was successfully reunited with his family on September 19, 2026.

Abdul Moez was found wandering in a vulnerable and helpless condition near Shree Maidan, Ullal. Mr. Royston Ronald D’Souza, a public-spirited resident of Mukka Cheri, Ullal, noticed his condition and came forward to help, ensuring that Abdul received the necessary support and was taken to a safe place for care.

He was subsequently brought to the Snehalaya Charitable Trust, Manjeshwar, where he was admitted on July 7, 2026. Under the guidance of Br. Joseph Crasta, Founder of Snehalaya Charitable Trust, the Snehalaya team provided him with care, support and rehabilitation throughout his stay.

At the time of admission, Abdul was experiencing several difficulties, including delusional symptoms, perceptual disturbances, aggressive behaviour, poor personal hygiene and a tendency to wander. These challenges had affected his daily life and contributed to his separation from his family.

His family was traced soon after his admission. His mother, Mrs. Fathima, arrived at the centre at around 7:30 p.m. on July 7 and gave her consent for his continued care and rehabilitation. Her presence and support became an important source of encouragement for Abdul during his time at Snehalaya.

With continued care from the Snehalaya Charitable Trust, Abdul gradually worked towards greater stability and improved daily functioning. The care team, together with his family, supported his journey towards returning home and being reunited with his loved ones.

On September 19, 2026, his mother received him and took him back to their home in the Deen Dayal area of Ullal, Mangaluru. His return brought happiness and relief to his mother and other family members, marking a meaningful moment after a difficult period of separation.

Abdul Moez’s reunion highlights the importance of timely assistance, compassionate care, rehabilitation and family support in helping vulnerable individuals find their way back to their loved ones. Under the leadership of Br. Joseph Crasta, the Snehalaya team continues its efforts to provide care and support to people in distress and help reconnect them with their families whenever possible.
