ಮೂಲಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಆಟೋ ಚಾಲಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಬದ್ರುದ್ದೀನ್ ಅವರು ಆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ, ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಬ್ರ. ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಮಾಹಿತಿ ದೊರಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆಯೇ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ತಂಡ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಂದರೇಶ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತಂದು ತಕ್ಷಣದ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿತು.

ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಂದರೇಶ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮೇ 6, 2026 ರಂದು ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ವೇಳೆ ಅವರು ಭ್ರಮಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಿಂತನೆಗಳು, ಭಾಸಾನುಭವಗಳು (Hallucination), ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಕೊರತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮದ್ಯಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ (Alcohol Dependence Syndrome – ADS)ಗಳಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ತುರ್ತು ಮನೋವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮನೋಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಅವರ ಚೇತರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ತಂಡ ಅಗತ್ಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವೀಯ ಆರೈಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

Snehalaya Admits Man Found in Distress at Manjeshwar Auto Stand

Manjeshwar, May 6, 2026: A man identified as Mr. Sundharesh, a native of Ramaachandra, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu border area, was admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre after being found in a distressed condition at the Manjeshwar Auto Stand.

According to sources, the situation came to light when Mr. Badhruddhin, an auto driver from Manjeshwar, alerted Snehalaya Founder Br. Joseph Crasta regarding the man’s condition. Acting swiftly on the information, the Snehalaya team reached the location and safely shifted him to the rehabilitation centre for immediate care and protection.

Mr. Sundharesh was admitted on May 6, 2026. During the initial assessment, he was observed to be suffering from delusional thoughts, hallucinations, poor personal hygiene, and alcohol dependence syndrome (ADS), requiring urgent psychiatric care, supervision, and psychosocial rehabilitation support.

The Snehalaya team has initiated necessary medical treatment, counselling, and rehabilitation measures to support his recovery and overall well-being. Continuous monitoring and compassionate care are being provided at the centre as part of the intervention.
