Manjeshwar, December 19, 2025: Mr. Sekhijajul was rescued and admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre following the timely intervention of Mr. Rathan Kumar, a reporter from Jayakiran newspaper, Kasaragod District. Mr. Sekhijajul was found in a helpless and vulnerable condition on Hosangady Road. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, Mr. Rathan Kumar personally transported him on his two-wheeler and brought the matter to the attention of Br. Joseph Crasta, Founder of Snehalaya Charitable Trust. Acting promptly, they ensured Mr. Sekhijajul was safely admitted to theSnehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre for immediate care and shelter.
Mr. Sekhijajul was admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre on December 18, 2025. He is currently receiving medical treatment, psychiatric evaluation, and psychological support. Necessary rehabilitation measures have been initiated to stabilize his condition and restore his health and well-being.
