Manjeshwar, November 20, 2025: On Wednesday, the rescue team of Snehalaya quickly responded to help a man who was found in a disturbed and helpless condition at the Manjeshwar auto stand. Their timely action and compassionate approach ensured safety for another vulnerable person.

The man has been identified as Mr. Jalo. When the public first noticed him, he was suffering from severe mental distress. He was unable to take care of himself and showed confusion, unstable behaviour, and signs of being lost. People became worried about his safety and health.

Based on information given by a local resident, Mr. Badurudeen, the Snehalaya rescue team, led by Br. Joseph Crasta, immediately reached the spot. After assessing the situation, they admitted him to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Center on 19-11-2025. He is now receiving proper psychiatric care, medical treatment, and rehabilitation support. According to the staff, his condition is gradually improving, and he is being given all the help needed to regain stability and lead a normal life again.
