Manjeshwar, October 29, 2025: After weeks of uncertainty and concern, the reunion of Mr. Jagan Babu from Vettakudi, Tamil Nadu, with his brother turned into an emotional and heartwarming moment for their family. The reunion brought immense relief and renewed happiness to their lives.

Mr. Jagan Babu, son of Mr. Jaganath, was found by Mulki Police Officer Imamali R. Mulla at the Mulki Bus Stand in a mentally unstable condition. He was reportedly struggling with psychiatric issues and was found to have consumed alcohol and used tobacco. Due to his mental health condition, he had been wandering aimlessly in a distressed state.

On October 26, 2025, the Mulki Police brought him to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre, Manjeshwar, where he was admitted for medical treatment, psychiatric care, and counselling. Under the dedicated care of the Snehalaya team, he gradually showed improvement in his health and behaviour.

After receiving appropriate mental health care and rehabilitation, Mr. Jagan Babu was joyfully reunited with his brother, Mr. Jagadish, on October 27, 2025. The family expressed heartfelt gratitude to Snehalaya Charitable Trust and Br. Joseph Crasta, Founder of Snehalaya, for their compassionate intervention and support.

This reunion once again stands as a testament to how compassion, timely action, and dedicated care can restore dignity and bring families back together.

ಮಾಂಜೇಶ್ವರ್, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 29, 2025: ಹಲವು ತಿಂಗಳ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯ, ಮುಗಿಯದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು, ಜೀವನದ ಅನಿಶ್ಚಿತತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಾಶೆಯ ನಂತರ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನ ವೆಟ್ಟಾಕುಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಗನ್ ಬಾಬು ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಸೇರಿದರು. ಈ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನವು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹರ್ಷದಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಕ್ಷಣವಾಯಿತು. ಹಾಗೂ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಾರ ನಿರಾಳತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೊಸ ಸಂತೋಷ ತಂದು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿತು.

ಶ್ರೀ ಜಗನ್ ಬಾಬು, ಶ್ರೀ ಜಗನಾಥ ಅವರ ಪುತ್ರರು, ಮುಲ್ಕಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಇಮಾಮಲಿ ಆರ್. ಮುಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರಿಂದ ಮುಲ್ಕಿ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾದರು. ಅವರು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮದ್ಯಪಾನ ಮತ್ತು ತಂಬಾಕು ಸೇವನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬಂದರು. ತನ್ನ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಅವರು ಕೆಲಕಾಲ ಗೊತ್ತು-ಗುರಿ, ಉದ್ದೇಶರಹಿತ ಅಲೆಮಾರಿ ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

2025ರ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 26ರಂದು ಮುಲ್ಕಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಾಂಜೇಶ್ವರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮನೋ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತಂದರು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ, ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ನಿಷ್ಠಾವಂತ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲದಿಂದ ಅವರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ತನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂತಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂತು.

ಸರಿಯಾದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದ ನಂತರ, ಶ್ರೀ ಜಗನ್ ಬಾಬು ಅವರನ್ನು 2025ರ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 27ರಂದು ಅವರ ಸಹೋದರ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಗದೀಶ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷಭರಿತವಾಗಿ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಚಾರಿಟೇಬಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇದರ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಬ್ರದರ್ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ಟಾರ ನಿಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಸೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೃದಯಪೂರ್ವಕ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿತು.
