Timely Information and Compassionate Intervention Lead to the Rescue of a Vulnerable Individual

Manjeshwar, January 29, 2026: Mr. Sanju, a native of Malmundi, Dharwad, Karnataka, was rescued from Mallikatte, Mangalore, after being found in a vulnerable and distressed condition. He was observed exhibiting poor personal care, wandering behaviour, self-smiling, and self-talking, indicating significant psychosocial distress and raising serious concerns about his safety and overall well-being.

The situation was promptly reported by Mr. Audi Rego Kadri, a retired State Bank of India employee, and was immediately brought to the attention of Br. Joseph Crasta, Founder of Snehalaya.
