Manjeshwar, January 21, 2026: Near the Dharmadadka Bus Stand, on January 19, 2026, a man was found wandering in a helpless and disoriented condition, unnoticed by many. The individual, identified as Mr. Bhar, had been suffering without food for nearly a week. Upon noticing his condition, Puttige Panchayat President Ms. Ayesha Shahima Fida, along with the local ward members and members of the public, immediately informed Br.
