Mangaluru, January 14, 2026: Mr. Biran Kumar, a native of Uttar Pradesh, was safely rescued and admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre after being found in a vulnerable condition at the Mangaluru Central Railway Station.
The admission took place on January 09, 2026, after Mr. Biran Kumar was noticed wandering at the railway station exhibiting symptoms such as poor personal hygiene, self-talking, inappropriate self-smiling, and wandering behavior. The information regarding his condition was first reported by the Railway Protection Force (RPF), Mangaluru Central Railway Station, and was subsequently conveyed to Bro. Joseph Crasta, leading to immediate intervention by the Snehalaya team.
Responding promptly, the Snehalaya team carried out his rescue and facilitated his safe transportation to the rehabilitation centre. Considering his mental condition and the urgent need for care, protection, and continuous supervision, he was admitted for further observation and treatment.
Following admission, Mr. Biran Kumar has been provided with basic medical care, close monitoring, and psycho-social support. Detailed assessments are currently underway to better understand his condition, personal background, and history. Efforts will also be initiated to trace his family members and facilitate a possible reunion.

ಮಂಗಳೂರು, ಜನವರಿ 14, 2026: ರೈಲು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ, ಜನಸದ್ದಿನ ನಡುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಯಾರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿಯದಂತೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಮೌನವಾಗಿ, ದಿಕ್ಕು ತಪ್ಪಿದ ಬದುಕಿನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ.
