Manjeshwar, November 03, 2025: On October 23, 2025, a woman identified as Mrs. Mithul Mahanthy (50 years old) was found in a distressed and unhealthy condition near the Central Railway Station, Mangalore. Responding with compassion and urgency, the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre (SPSRC) team safely rescued her and brought her under their care.
During the rescue, it was observed that Mrs. Mithul appeared weak, disoriented, and mentally disturbed, indicating long-term neglect and psychiatric challenges. Following the rescue, she was admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Centre, Manjeshwar, where she is currently receiving medical care, psychiatric evaluation, and rehabilitation services.
The Snehalaya team is now working to trace Mrs. Mithul’s background and reconnect her with her family.

ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ, ನವೆಂಬರ್ 25, 2025: ದಿನಾಂಕ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 23, 2025 ರಂದು, ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ರೈಲು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಬಳಿ 50 ವರ್ಷದ ಮಿಥುಲ್ ಮಹಾಂತಿ ಎಂಬ ಮಹಿಳೆಯು ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾದರು. ಕರುಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ತುರ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಿಂದ, ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಆರೈಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿತು.
ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕ್ರಮದ ವೇಳೆ ಮಿಥುಲ್ ಅವರು ಶಾರೀರಿಕವಾಗಿ ದುರ್ಬಲರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಶಾಂತತೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆಂದು ಗಮನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದು ದೀರ್ಘಾವಧಿಯ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಸೂಚನೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ನಂತರ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮನೋ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಅವರು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಮನೋವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
