Manjeshwar, September 18, 2025: A heartwarming moment that celebrated the strength of humanity unfolded in Manjeshwar, as Mr. Pullak, aged 55, was reunited with his family after many years.
A native of Komalpur, Joynampur (Post Office Bagaon) in the Dhemaji district of Assam, Mr. Pullak had been suffering from severe physical and mental health challenges, which had kept him separated from his loved ones for a long time.
On July 27, 2025, the Railway Police rescued him with compassion. Under the guidance of Sub-Inspector Mr. Sanil Kumar C.S. and with the support of the Snehalaya staff, he was given medical care and rehabilitation services.
After weeks of tireless efforts to trace his family, the search finally bore fruit. On September 18, 2025, his wife’s sister and her husband arrived in Manjeshwar, where an emotional reunion took place, and they lovingly took him back home.
The Snehalaya team expressed their joy at witnessing yet another successful reunion, emphasizing that such outcomes are made possible only through the cooperation of the police, the dedication of the staff, and the compassion of society.

ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 18, 2025: ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಗೆ ಜೀವಂತ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಹೃದಯಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿ ಕ್ಷಣ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಿಬಂದಿತು. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ 55 ವರ್ಷದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪುಲ್ಲಕ್ ಹಲವಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಡನೆ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನಗೊಂಡರು.
ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಧೇಮಾಜಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕೋಮಲ್ಪುರ, ಜೋಯನಂಪುರ (ಅಂಚೆ ಕಚೇರಿ ಬಗಾಂವ್) ಮೂಲದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪುಲ್ಲಕ್ ಗಂಭೀರ ದೈಹಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕುಟುಂಬದಿಂದ ದೂರವಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
2025ರ ಜುಲೈ 27 ರಂದು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉಪನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಸನಿಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಿ.ಎಸ್. ಮತ್ತು ತಂಡದವರು ಮಾನವೀಯ ಸಹೃದಯತೆ ತೋರಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದರು. ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಸಮಗ್ರ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲದಿಂದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪುಲ್ಲಕ್ ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಚೇತರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.
ತದನಂತರ, ಅನೇಕ ದಿನ ರಾತ್ರಿಗಳ ಅನವರತ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮದ ಬಳಿಕ, ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಯಿತು. ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 18, 2025ರಂದು ಅವರ ಪತ್ನಿಯ ಅಕ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅಳಿಯ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿ, ಭಾವುಕ ಮಿಲನದ ಬಳಿಕ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮನೆಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರು.
