Manjeshwar, July 3, 2025: A 27-year-old man named Manamohan was found wandering in a state of mental distress near Udupi Junction, Kiran, a resident of Karkala, noticed him and immediately informed Br. Joseph Crasta, the founder of Snehalaya.

Acting promptly on this information, the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation team reached the spot, rescued Manamohan, and admitted him to the Snehalaya Rehabilitation Centre in Manjeshwar.

During the rescue, Manamohan was observed talking to himself and was unable to communicate clearly. Initial medical and psychiatric assessments revealed that he communicates in Hindi and is suffering from severe mental health issues. He has been provided with psychiatric treatment, counselling, and safe shelter at the Snehalaya Rehabilitation Centre.

Snehalaya has appealed to the public to come forward with any information regarding his family. Their cooperation is crucial to reunite Manamohan with his loved ones.

ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರ: ಜುಲೈ 3, 2025 ರಂದು ಉಡುಪಿಯ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಬಳಿ 27 ವರ್ಷದ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಎಂಬ ಯುವಕನನ್ನು ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಬದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡ ಕಾರ್ಕಳದ ನಿವಾಸಿ ಕಿರಣ್ ಎಂಬವರು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಬ್ರ. ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಧಾವಿಸಿ ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದರು.
