Chaitali’s journey took a hopeful turn on September 13, 2023, when she was rescued by the Snehalaya team. She was later admitted to the Shraddha Foundation on November 25, 2024. Despite efforts to trace her identity, her family remained unknown due to the drastic changes in her appearance. Her details were widely shared on Facebook, TV news, and WhatsApp groups, but no one could recognize her.

The long-awaited breakthrough came when a woman identified the names of Chaitali’s family members, sparking a chain of events that led to her reunion. On that joyous day, her family—including her husband, brothers, sisters-in-law, and neighbors—embraced her after nearly three decades of heartache and longing.

Her two sons, one serving as an Army officer in Amritsar and the other working in Silchar, were overwhelmed with emotion to be reunited with the mother they had feared they had lost forever.

2025ರ ಜನವರಿ 15ರ ದಿನ ಚೈತಾಲಿಯವರ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಭರವಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ನೂತನ ಹಸಿರಿನ ಹಾದಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸುವ ಒಂದು ಅದ್ಭುತ ದಿನವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆ ದಿನ ಒಂದು ಹೃದಯಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿ ಘಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಚೈತಾಲಿ,(ಕಾಂಚನಮಾಲಾ ರಾಯ್)ಜನವರಿ 15, 2025 ರಂದು ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನಗೊಂಡರು.2023ರ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 13ರಂದು, ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಕರ್ಮಠ ತಂಡ ಅವಳನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ 2024ರ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 25ರಂದು ಶ್ರದ್ದಾ ಫೌಂಡೆಶನ್ ಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅವಳ ಗುರುತು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಲು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳು ನಡೆದರೂ, ಅವಳ ಜೀವನದ ಅನೇಕ ಅಡೆ ತಡೆ, ಏರಿಳಿತಗಳಿಂದ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಖರವಾಗಿ ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಫೇಸ್‌ಬುಕ್, ಟಿವಿ ನ್ಯೂಸ್, ಮತ್ತು ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಾ ಚೈತಾಲಿಯ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು, ಆದರೆ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಅವಳನ್ನು ಸುಳಿವನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕೊನೆಗೂ ಬಹುಕಾಲದ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ತಿರುವು ತಂದುಕೊಟ್ಟದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ, ಓರ್ವ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಚೈತಾಲಿಯ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಚೈತಾಲಿಯ ಜೀವನದ ಕೆಲವು ಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯೇ ಚೈತಾಲಿಯ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಯಿತು. ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಆನಂದದ ಒಂದು ಶುಭ ದಿನ ದಿನದ ಪುನೀತ ಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಚೈತಾಲಿಯ ಕುಟುಂಬ-ಆಕೆಯ ಪತಿ, ಸಹೋದರರು, ಸಹೋದರಿಯರು, ಮತ್ತು ನೆರೆಹೊರೆಯವರು- 28 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹೃದಯವಿದ್ರಾವಕ ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಕೆಯ ನಂತರ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನಃ ಪಡೆದು ಹರ್ಷೋದ್ಘಾರದ ಕಣ್ಣೀರಿನ ಮಳೆಯನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸಿ ಚೈತಾಲಿಯನ್ನು ಆಲಂಗಿಸಿದರು.

ಅವಳ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಸುಪುತ್ರರು- ಒಬ್ಬ ಅಮೃತಸರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇನೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ಸಿಲ್ಚರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ- ತಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ತಾವು ಸದಾಕಾಲ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ನಿರಾಶೆಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಅವರು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದು ಆನಂದಭರಿತರಾದರು.
