In a reunion filled with tears and joy, Shobhraj—affectionately known as Babli Ajay Bhai—reunited with his family after four painful years of separation. His mother and brother, who spent years in uncertainty and anguish, broke down in emotion as they finally embraced their long-lost loved one.
Shobhraj, a hardworking farmer from Rampuriya in Bundi, Rajasthan, battled mental illness for over a decade. Four years ago, he disappeared without a trace. The sudden loss devastated his family and filled them with fear that they would never see him again. They searched relentlessly, but hope began to fade—until a miracle happened.
In November 2023, a compassionate team from Snehalaya found Shobhraj living on the streets. He was lost, vulnerable, and in need of care. After months of rehabilitation at the Snehalaya Center, Shobhraj transferred to Shraddha Foundation in March 2024. This move started the process of reconnecting him with his family.
On December 13, 2024, the day his loved ones prayed for finally arrived. Shobhraj’s mother and brother welcomed him back with open arms. Their tears of sorrow turned into tears of joy as they held him close again.
